Vancouver-based dance quintet, Mode Moderne, release their new album Strange Bruises May 15th on Light Organ Records.

Strange Bruises has a palpable 80s jangly-pop nostalgic feel to it. Philip Intile’s voice is as charming and moody as Ian Curtis, and the songs are as romantic as early Cure and New Order.

We are loving their new track “Nightly Youths”. Let this be a little taste of the 7-track album you will get to listen to in two weeks.

Watch the brand new video for “Nightly Youths”.
